Rise Above Custom Drone Solutions is an family owned and operated business, established in 2012 on a solid foundation of technical experience, and passion for UAV’s. Rafi Mehdi the company founder has over 6 years of multirotor design and manufacturing experience which grew from a background of over 10 years of RC experience. Supported by his father - Chief Technician Dhiya Mehdi - with over 35 years’ experience as an senior electrical engineer for leading global organisations such as Toshiba, and our dedicated team of staff, we work hard to produce the best results for our clients.

We are Australia’s premier UAV manufacturer, and our expertise in designing, building, repairing and maintaining these systems is showcased by the superior flight performance of our systems.
In addition to having a range of ready to fly solutions, we also custom build UAV systems to meet specific user requirements. We have provided numerous solutions to clients seeking to lift large cameras and sensors, incorporate infra-red/thermal/multispectral capabilities, or payload release systems.
